Delivery Time (UAE)

We offer 2–3 business days delivery within the UAE. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message via phone or WhatsApp.
Orders are processed and dispatched only after confirmation by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE.
Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery to the courier.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered due to incorrect contact details or unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Re-delivery is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
